This is a lovely place to stay, bang slap in the centre of Cromer. Wonderful view of the churc, right above the Grey Seal coffee shop (which does to be honest have a very noisy door) and also close to the co-op. The dedicated carparking space is fantastic. Very much enjoyed and would gladly go again.

We enjoyed our stay and found the location at the heart of Cromer to be very convenient. The decoration and facilities were excellent; a practical modern twist in an old building. The only facility that would have made life more convenient would be a second bathroom (or WC, at least) but we managed OK.

This is a beautiful property. We enjoyed sitting and watching for the peregrine falcons on the church tower out the window. The flat was very clean and comfortable. We had a little trouble opening windows but Jinx sent someone to help within the hour. The welcome package was a lovely touch. Convenient location. There is some noise late evening ( we were there on a weekend) but nothing that disturbed us. Would stay there again .

The owners did a lovely job of making the accommodation attractive and welcoming. I appreciated the milk and tea to start off my visit. A friend who visited me was also very impressed with the accommodation. It was nice hearing the church bells. Jinx, the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely house, great location for Cromer itself and for visiting the surrounding areas. Comfy beds, and plenty of room in bedrooms. Daughter loved the yellow chair in the window. Massive bonus having a dedicated parking space round the back in the coop car park, just park there to unload much easier.
