Should have mattress andpillow protectors heating in bedrooms didnt work storage heater didnt work for the first day. The pressure in the shower was very low and although we had it on maximum water was only was only lukewarm could do with more outside lighting throughout the whole site

This happened to be our first visit to this area and the location was perfect as was the accommodation . It was spotlessly clean , comfortable and our four legged friends were most welcome . Everybody was friendly and helpful, and this always makes a big difference. We have already recommended it to members of our family and have started thinking of a return visit . Could you please thank your staff on our behalf .
Property was spotlessly clean on arrival and well equipped although couldn't find a breadknife amongst the cutlery? There was an issue with a fellow visitor parking in a way that prevented us parking in our allocated place but on calling in at the office the owner immediately did his best to sort out an alternative for us until the cars could be reparked. We would definitely return especially as the property is within five minutes of the beach and there are shops fairly close by .

We had an excellent stay between the 279 and the 71024 the chalet was clean and very comfortable. The DVDs left to watch made my sons day as they were all his favourites. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side but with the Ship Inn and the Royal Oak just around the corner we still had a great time. Loved the site and would certainly visit again
Lovely stay with our granddaughters as it provided well thought out accommodation and in the perfect location for us.
Everything was great, our only niggle was that the time to vacate which was on the wall in kitchen stated 9 am and the owner's book said 10 am. We left at 9 am but were confused.
Compact and very clean bungalow, well within walking distance to the beach and Mundesley village.

Excellent Chalet, perfect for the two of us and our dog. Close to the beach and all amenities. Place is exactly as described, giving excellent space and privacy and spotlessly clean.
Very nice owner ,couldn't do enough for you ,the draining the show was very bad . Put me of going back
