The cottage is near the centre of Docking village. If you fancy a walk the Railway Inn is about a mile one way but worth it. Food and beer great. There is a supermarket and a fish and chips shop close by. The chippy was great and brilliant cooked.

Nice cottage in a lovely location. Very quiet. Great base for exploring Norfolk. Be aware the stairs are very steep and the beds , door frames and shower could be an issue to anyone around 6ft or of larger build .

Cottage perfect for two. We were a little disappointed that the pub was not in short walking distance being a mile away. Other than that the cottage was comfortable and situated close to many attractions for a day out. If I really had a complaint it would be that the TV could do with being bigger.

Nice cottage ,shower small but being slim we managed, a hand grip rail good idea, a little dangerous on step from shower when you gave wet feet.

What a super cottage. Very comfortable, good seating in sitting room, very comfortable beds. Shower was quirky but lovely and plentiful hot water. Garden very pretty and ideal for two young grandchildren who stayed with us. Well situated in the village. Will definitely book again if holidaying in that area.

Lovely cottage to stay in with the family. Great location for getting to Hunstanton and Brancaster. Kids lived their bunk beds and playing in the garden. We arenâ??t the tallest family so the low doorways werenâ??t a problem but you might need to duck if youâ??re tall! Owner was very responsive when we had any questions, overall great stay!

This a characterful, cosy and immaculately clean cottage in a quiet village just a few miles from the coast. On arrival, guests will find a tray of tea, coffee, milk, shortbread biscuits, jam and marmalade on the kitchen table, which is a welcoming touch. Every kitchen item one could possibly need has been provided to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I would certainly recommend it as a home from home.

A lovely cottage, in a quiet area with parking and a small garden. Well equipped and we would come again. Shower was compact but functional. The gas fire was great and quickly created a warm and cosy room.

A lovely small cottage in a good and quiet location, centrally placed in West Norfolk. Apart from the (limited) village facilities (one shop and one very good pub), it's only a a few miles in every direction to other places. Both the main bedroom and living room are plenty big enough, with the other rooms a bit of a squeeze. It's all comfortable and of good quality, and we spent a really good week using this as a base. Owner communicative, which is always good.

A small cosy cottage in a good location for the North Norfolk Coast. It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems as the stairs are steep and the bathroom is small and the shower cubicle is tiny and accessed by a step. Kitchen is well equipped and lounge comfortable.
