This is a lovely cottage in a good location. The stairs are extremely steep, but there are sturdy banisters on either side if you have any mobility difficulties. Parking (always a bonus in Holt) is tight but achievable with a small to medium sized car. We had a minor problem with a leaky pipe in the bathroom, but both the rental agency and the house owner were very quick and effective in getting the problem sorted out within a few hours.

A comfortable well equipped cottage very close to the amenities of the town with everything in easy walking distance. Both spout hills and holt country park are very easily accessed and thereâ??s an abundance of wildlife around. Seeing a red kite from the dining table in the cottage was very special.

The cottage is in a very quiet location yet within a few minutes walk of the centre of Holt . It is attractively furnishished and the kitchen is well equipped . Nice dresser with plenty of crochery and cutlery .The parking area is quite small so it is difficult to acess for a bigger car. There is a car park a few minutes walk away also short term parking on the road, unrestricted parking is a bit further away.. Holt is very attractive town with a volunteer run tourist office and lots of intersting buildings ,shops and cafes .
