This is a lovely cottage well equipped and super comfy great kitchen and fabulous water pressure in the bathroom. Hot tub is super private and clean we stayed for a week and just felt right at home doggo was safe and contained in the garden and the host stored our trailer for us which was really useful. You can get good says out within 30 mins and the local pub has great pub grub and a lovely friendly atmosphere dog friendly too. Loved this place ❤️

Nicola
The property was everything we wanted and more, so many thoughtful touches and a great place to stay. The owners kept in touch which was great. Lovely peaceful property we will be back!
Mike
Fantastic facilities there is nothing more you could ask for, great welcome pack, even the little touches like jars of sweets are perfect. Would definitely recommend, but just one thing the stairs are very difficult to navigate so not for the less agile guests. Lovely enclosed garden with a great hot tub. The cottage is a bit remote but itâ??s a good base to explore Norfolk and Suffolk.
Stephen
This cottage is exactly as described, perhaps better. We have stayed in several properties listed on this site (& others) and Church Cottage is at the top of the list in terms of furnishing, equipment provided & cleanliness. In addition the many thoughtful touches demonstrate the owner has put a great deal of effort and consideration into making sure guests are as well-catered for as possible. Location great with city (Norwich) and coast being 20mins away by car. Highly recommended and will visit again.
Tina
Beautiful cottage, lovely quiet location but close enough to visit various places. Really nice touches throughout , room scents, and arrival welcome items. Brownies delicious! The cottage garden is pretty, well kept and a good size and the hot tub a special treat too. Our cavalier spaniel loved sniffing and lounging in the garden. Really nice owners nearby. Loved being next door to the old church and opposite open fields at the front. Would highly recommend.
Tessa
It is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage is so cosy I almost wish we had worse weather so we could bunker down. The surrounding towns are about 30 mins drive in all directions so it was a great base. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was very clean and smelt lovely.
Jenny
What a fantastic gem of a place! We have stayed in lots of cottages but this one was perhaps the best - the decor is beautiful, gorgeous view of the church from the garden (including the hot tub), everything you could need in terms of amenities and general household items. On top of that, so many delicious treats and goodies! Michelle has clearly gone the extra mile in every way, making the house beautiful and feeling like a home from home (but better). Would recommend to anyone.
Andrew
Fantastic location, very quiet and lovely cottage ,lovely welcome basket and everything you needed was supplied, had great fun with the stairs !!!! Will stay again in the winter, with the Roaring fire going !!!
Laura
We had such a lovely weekend at church cottage. Great location for the beach and the broads (and the pub!), as well as a gorgeous local vineyard about 25 mins away (Flint). Fully enclosed garden for our large dog Winnie who had a lovely time exploring. The house is lovely with lots of thoughtful touches and well equipped throughout. Note that the stairs are steep as you may expect with this type of property. There is a toilet upstairs so no need to navigate in the dark! Overall a lovely relaxing stay, brilliant house and location and lovely owners.
David
The cottage was beautiful, tastefully decorated and all the gardens were immaculate. Lovely welcome from the owner and welcome basket was very generous. Lovely village location and the local pub food was excellent and the pub was very dog friendly, We very much hope to return.
