We had a great weekend with three generations of our family. The pool was a hit with the children and the hot tub a hit for the adults. With the pool table and cinema room it was every thing we needed for a great time. I liked the fact that there was two bedrooms one side of the living area and two the other so the oldies could get some peace! Would definitely book again.

Fabulous barn accommodation looks exactly like photos. Outdoor pool and hot tub a real bonus, even in this weather. Would highly recommend to family groups.

The barn was amazing, everything you need for a good weekend away. We all want to come back again next year.

We had the best stay, it was great to get away And laugh with the girls. The house is incredible and the facilities amazing. It is decorated to a beautiful standard, and so clean in the house. We all loved the pool and hot tub. The only downside to these was that there wasn't any net to clear out any flies from the pool or hottub. There were lots in both. The hot tub had not also been cleaned out prior to our arrival, so there was a lot of scum around the tub. This wasn't necessarily an issue we just gave it a little wipe, however the flies as I mentioned were a bit off putting. The space in the property was great with the layout! We honestly loved our time, and would like to return again next year.

This is a fantastic property. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and it is lovely and warm and the hot tub was so relaxing. The facilities in the property were spot on, it was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The large cinema room was an extra bonus on the one day it rained. Well done to the owners.

We had the most amazing weekend! The house is perfect. All the beds were super comfy and every where was so clean. It is evident that a lot of time and effort has been put into the property. We will absolutely be returning with the rest of the family

Facilities were excellent and much enjoyed. It is all on one level so ideal for people with reduced mobility. Bedrooms were comfortable and baths and showers were great. It was spacious for the 10 of us not to feel cramped at all. The swimming pool, hot tub and cinema room meant we didn't need to go out for entertainment as the children were occupied the whole time. Guests who plan to cook, need to bring basic cooking stuff like oil, condiments etc. plus tea and coffee as very little of that is provided. The children are already asking when we can go back there!

We really enjoyed our stay at County Farm Barn. The facilities were great but cleanliness let it down slightly. The tiled flooring around the pool and hot tub hadnt been cleaned and was quite dirty and the floor in the barn was also not cleaned properly. Our socks were filthy after a few minutes walking around inside. The glass shelf where the glasses were stored in the kitchen was also dirty. The cinema room and large sitting room were fantastic, but consoles werent supplied to play the video games. If we had known we could have bought our own. The pool table was great and we loved the hot tub. It was a little too cold for the swimming pool. I would definitely recommend especially if the cleaning issues were resolved. A few more pods for the Tassimo would have been well received as well.

Country Farm Barn is absolutely stunning everything about it was perfect and we all had the best stay and would definitely recommend to others. It was spotless in every room and it had everything there that you needed. We even looked to book again when we was there, that's how amazing it is.

This property is amazing. It is so big and accommodates 11 easily. There are board games to play although we brought our own as we didnt realise. Beds were really comfy and bedrooms were clean and fresh. En suits were so modern and a great size. Outside space was fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay at county house barn,

An immaculate, very comfortable and well kept property in a great location to explore west Norfolk and the broads. The pool, hottub, cinema room and pool table are brilliant additions. The warmth of the pool also means it can be used all yearround. We had a fantastic stay and will certainly consider returning again in the future.
