May Bell cottage is in a great location to explore Kings Lynn area of Norfolk. Sandringham, Hunstanton are all within a few miles. It's a lovely cottage set in a court yard with lovely walks around the village. There's a supermarket and convenience store in Dersingham and 2 pubs. A garden centre with a cafe.

Sheila
A wonderful cottage, home from home. We will be back.
Immaculately presented and very cosy but airy cottage. Really clean, and a kind starter pack left for us which was appreciated to have a cuppa when we arrived. Will be back!
Jackie
Perfect cottage with everything we needed and more! Very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. And the welcome pack was lovely. A good base to see the local area. Sandringham, the amazing deer safari at Snettisham and the nearby beaches just some of them. Would love to come back, and would highly recommend. Thank you Anne for thinking of everything!
Carolyn

Russell
We all had a wonderful week at your lovely cottage. The cottage has been decorated to such a high standard and has everything you need as a base to explore North Norfolk. We would recommend a visit to Sandringham, Holkham Hall and Holkham Beach the best in the region and would have no hesitation recommending this property for anyone looking for a break in Norfolk. ps. the welcome pack is one of the best we have received. Thank you.
Graham
A beautiful cottage, clean and welcoming perfect for a relaxing break and ideally located for exploring the Sandringham area.
Wonderful cottage, lovely details, and clearly lots of care has been put into preparing it. Wish had been more clear that there was no private outside space, especially tricky with the dogs.
Claire
Really lovely clean and comfortable cottage in a lovely quiet village. Although there was no garden the patio area was overlooking the quiet courtyard area and there was tethers for our dog so felt very safe. Our dog was made to feel very welcome which is really important to us with lovely treats provided as well as lovely treats for us too! We also had a message from the owners during our stay to check all ok and to contact them if any problems. Couldn't have asked for anything more and would definitely recommend this cottage. Thank you!
Philip
May Bell Cottage is an absolute delight perfectly located for almost everything in North Norfolk and so well equipped it's not true. We stayed at the back end of June and had a fabulous long weekend basing ourselves our of the cottage The welcome pack was very much appreciated and a really lovely touch. When we visit Norfolk again, and we definitely will visit again, we will take holiday around the availability of the cottage, it's that good.
Michele

Probably the best equipped property we have ever stayed in and also immaculately clean and comfortable. We couldnt have asked for anything more. May Bell cottage was an extremely well presented cottage. It was very clean, comfortable and homely. We would definitely recommend. We could have stayed longer! In a good area for exploring North Norfolk.
The cottage was absolutely clean and tidy, everything that was needed was there even down to ice cubes for wine nights. Parking was no problem at all and the pub The Rose and Crown was spot on for evening meals we have used Sykes Cottages be for so we knew there would be no problems thanks for a lovely break,Barry and Irene.
Lovely place to stay. Great location. Communication with the owners was excellent. Welcome goodies was very much appreciated.

We had a great week at May Bell cottage, it is comfortable and has everything you need and also very well decorated. We could fault it once we had sussed how to put the hot water on. There is lots to do. One of the places we enjoy was Langham Glass on Fakenham where we they show how they blow glass and then you can have a go yourself. We also fed the seal at the sealife centre.
Daniel
We enjoyed a lovely week at the May Bell Cottage. The cottage is in a great location to explore West Norfolk and during our week we enjoyed trips to Snettisham Farm, Sandringham, Holkham, Wells, Kings Lynn and Hunstanton. The village is lovely and quiet, Sugar Lane and the recreation ground are near and perfect for dog walks. The village also has a Coop and Spar within walking distance. For eating out the Feathers in Dersingham was amazing so we went back on our final night. We also liked the Railway Inn in Docking. Avoid the Queen Victoria in Snettisham though! The cottage itself had everything we needed, it was stocked up with all the kitchen and bathroom essentials and the welcome hamper was a lovely addition. The WiFi was great and the TV in the lounge had all the channels including BBC iPlayer, Netflix etc. We brought our own Amazon Firestick and it wasnt needed. We found the cottage perfect in every way although the floors could have done with a more thorough clean before our arrival as our white socks were not very white! This is a place we will definitely consider booking again for one of our next Norfolk holidays. Thank you.
Wow! Absolutely amazing, the cottage was immaculate. The attention to detail made you feel so at home. The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was so refreshing too. Cant think of anything that wasnt supplied. Lovely welcome hamper including dog treats
Gillian
Lovely place in beautiful surroundings, near to everything and some lovely walks. Left feeling relaxed after a lovely break.
Elizabeth
Property has everything you could ever want. It's comfy and in a great location. It had a tiny garden area but dog walks are very near. The owners are friendly and I definitely recommend this cottage.
We loved our stay in the May Bell Cottage. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much and we would love to come back soon.
We were absolutely delighted with both the cottage and its site. Everything had been thought of regarding comfort and convenience! Welcome packs of goodies for both ourselves and our dogs had been left to include a bottle of Prosecco for us and there was information regarding local amenities and places to visit. The village is on the edge of Sandringham Estate with a pub called The Feathers nearby. We had dinner there, which was very good, and dogs are allowed. We missed having a small garden to just let the dogs out but there are plenty of nice walks nearby other dog walkers were very friendly! Do visit May Cottage it really is a homefromhome! We hope to return next year
Graham
What a lovely cottage had all that you needed. Clean tidy and a lovely hamper to greet you on your arrival. A credit to the owners.
The cottage was spotlessly clean, well equipped and beautifully designed in a fantastic location. It was one of the best, if not the best, cottage we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again if we visit the area again. 1010.
Dominika
The cottage was amazing, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of 4. Anne was very flexible with arriving and leaving time, which was very kind. The hamper of goodies on arrival was lovely. We would definitely like to stay here again when visiting the area. The location was lovely and quiet.
Stephen
A very comfortable cottage, well stocked kitchen, and a lovely welcome pack. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional, and we would definitely return.
Nicola
Wonderful stay at Maybell cottage, home from home and would definitely stay again! Thank you
A beautiful cottage extremely comfortable and very clean very nice decore I ... A beautiful cottage extremely comfortable and very clean very nice decore I cannot fault it at all , we had a lovely stay ,I will definitely be returning as we enjoyed staying so much
This was the best cottage we have ever stayed in. The owners have obviously put a lot of time and effort into creating a lovely holiday home. It lacked nothing and the welcome basket was fantastic. The location for exploring Norfolk was perfect and there were plenty of dog walks from the door so not having a garden wasnt an issue. There is a small seating area at the front where you could enjoy the late afternoon sunshine and they had provided tethers for the dog so it being open was not a concern. Loved it.
Lovely property in a great location. Very tastefully decorated & well maintained. Would definately recommend.
Rebecca
We have just had a wonderful long weekend at Maybell cottage. The house was absolutely spotless with everything you need. Location is brilliant for exploring the Norfolk coast. There isnt a garden which Im not sure is completely clear on the details but for a long weekend it was perfect!
Great property. Spacious and comfortable Well equipped More information about local walks and the Peddar Way would have been helpful. There is no where to leave the dogs without a lead since the small front yard opens into carpark
Beshlie
