A lovely short break at Owl Cottage. Perfectly located for us, the house has everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The garden was the ideal spot to enjoy some spring sunshine and we even spotted a red kite flying over. Lots of games and DVDs to keep the family occupied in the evening.

Overall a great stay. Location was amazing and the place was great value for money. The property could use a bit of TLC and we expected a few more things to be at the house (such as oil and seasonings, as we did mostly our own cooking) - but a great base to stay in a beautiful part of the country.

Lovely little place in a quiet village, central to all North Norfolk has to offer. The village train goes straight to Wells if you fancy a lazy start to your beach day but everywhere we wanted to visit was within 20 mins drive; perfect! Parking down the road wasnâ??t ideal but itâ??s quiet enough to pull up outside the front door for unloading/packing up again.

The living room could use some redecoration and newer furniture as it is a bit tired and worn looking. The bedrooms and bathroom have been updated and the garden is a good sixe for families. We found the central location of the cottage to be perfect however for the two lovely tea shops and farm shop in the village, and only a short drive to the beach.
