Excellent holiday accommodation. Peaceful location overlooking a small lake - ducks, ducklings, coots and a very hungry heron. Saw a deer too. Separate unit was very appropriate for our married couple. Kitchen large, clean and functional, well equipped. Lovely bedrooms, clean and comfortable. Comfortable lounge area. Games area and room are brilliant - boules, mini golf, soccer, swings etc - great for youngsters (but we didn't have any).

We (6 adults and 4 kids) stayed for 3 nights and we love the house and the games room and stayed inside most of the time. Kids the play area and they had good time. Facilities were good. We all had good time. We love it.

A lovely cottage in an idyllic setting. The view over the pond was a delight. We all enjoyed watching the ducks and dragonflies. The lounge/diner/kitchen was a great space to be able to do our own thing but stay connected to our friends. The beds were very comfy. The play area and games room would be a real bonus for families and wet days. We enjoyed convivial meals together and trips out to NT properties and walks in the countryside. The Three Horse Shoes pub was a real treat for dinner out.

We had a lovely time here with all the family. Its a great property for families as all bedrooms are equally as good and private as each other. The Barn was spacious and beautifully decorated. The equipment in the kitchen was fantastic, everything you could think of and the WIFI very reliable. It was nice and warm and cosy for a winters break. We loved the finishing touches such as slippers and wine etc on arrival and the cake was one of the best we had tasted, that was the first to go. Having the annex for us was just perfect with a new born baby . The new little family could have their own space without worrying about waking anyone else up. The games room and outdoor facilities would be great in the summer and spring. We had a issue with the fridge but the owners came out immediately to sort, they were really nice and available for anything you needed. We would definitely return and have already recommend to others.

We had an amazing time at Roe Deer Farm - The set up was perfect for us - each with our own rooms with ensuites but with a lovely warm, welcoming and perfectly sized living area - perfect for our family Christmas. The owners could not have been more helpful with any queries that we had and they made sure that we had everything that we needed. The view over the lake with the ducks was so lovely. The beds are really comfortable and the cleanliness was excellent. The barn was beautifully decorated for Christmas as well. The location is great too - we managed a few trips out to Blakeney, Cromer and Holt. Thank you so much.
