Sandy Lane Cromer Reviews

Jonathan
Lovely cottage on the edge of Cromer. A short walk to 3 supermarkets and 10 minute walk to town and sea front. Log burner, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds
Deborah
We enjoyed our week in Sandy Lane. We had everything we needed and were warm and comfortable at the end of November. The supermarket is a short walk away and the town is easily accessed on foot. We also discovered the walk at the opposite end of Sandy Lane on the edge of fields, to the beach, our nervous dog very much appreciated this route away from most of the traffic. Good to have parking so close to the front door too.
Geraldine
My friends and I found that the house perfectly suited our needs. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location.
Anne
A comfortable property in an ideal location. It was close enough to walk into the centre of Cromer and a short walk to the heath when taking the dog for a walk. There was everything we needed for our holiday and the garden was a perfect size. It was great to be able to hang things on the line as we were lucky enough to have plenty of sunshine. Everything was clean and tidy and we really enjoyed our break.
John Michael
No negatives at all. We enjoyed a great week in your great house
Claire
Great location for Cromer . The cottage however needs some work - main concerns , Back door doesn't lock easily , Shower in main bathroom unusable , Cottage needs a Clean and internal Fix up - host took 4 days to reply when we called on arrival....
Elizabeth
The house was cosy and welcoming. Was fully stocked with all you would need and the welcome flowers, wine and biscuits were a lovely touch. Location was superb , close to station, supermarkets, town/beach no need to use car at all. Family of 4 had a great week...
Linda
The house it's self was lovely, good location for walking into Cromer and the beach. Supermarkets very close by. Very good dog walk at the top of Sandy Lane.
Maxine

Gill
Visited with family. Very well appointed to access all that Cromer has to offer. Clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped.Well priced . Enjoyed and would return
Jeri
Light and airy cottage. Loved our daily walks to the beach and local food was some of the best weâ??ve ever had
Robert
A modern semi detached house in a quiet setting but near an industrial estate and a fairly busy road. Despite this we house was quiet and close to services and the railway station. The front is a short walk away as is the town centre.
Paul
Very clean & comfortable accommodation, Excellent location.
Rachel
A beautiful house in a great location. The house was very clean and smelt nice. Really close to supermarkets and not far from the beach. Cromer is lovely as are the surrounding villages/towns. Kitchen is well equipped and the back garden is a little sun trap though flooring in need of a clean as is the bbq. The bath was possibly the longest Iâ??ve ever been in, could really stretch out and relax, a real treat. A very comfortable house
Kevin
Very good loved the place close everything very clean everything we needed
Candace
This is a lovely cottage in a great location, very close to three supermarkets, the town centre and beach and also the bus and train stations. The cottage was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the garden was well equipped and secure for our dog. We would really recommend the coastal bus trip to Wells and taking the train to Hoveton and lWroxham to hire a boat. We also took the train into Norwich. There is a lot to do in the area - we will definitely return to do the many things we couldn't fit in on this trip. We weren't very lucky with the weather on this occasion, but Cromer and the surrounding beaches and villages are beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
Chirag
A comfortable, very well located property making access to Cromer & wider area easy.
Gary
Very good location for all amenities beach town centre etc. we would definitely return.
Michael
Don't bother, we were very disappointed especially at the price point, the place is tired and when we arrived dirty and grubby so we had to unload the car and set too cleaning the floors, crockery and cutlery, This is a shame as you basically lose a day so they can supposedly do a deep clean, we even cut our holiday short by a day although the place was cleaner on our departure than on our arrival. There are no instructions for anything, usually you find a file with WiFi passwords, heating and other appliances there is nothing at all.so we had to muddle through as best we could. The dining table chairs were so old the seats sagged through when you used them and you can only get 4 channels on the TV even though it's Freeview.
