The cottage is delightful, unfortunately doesn't get afternoon/evening sun. The South entrance is the entrance coaches and estate traffic use.

A wonderful week and a terrific location. Quite busy in the mornings being next to the gates and late afternoons. However, we had visits by deer and numerous birds, fabulous walks and super food at the Holkham Courtyard. Basic needs are provided for in the cottage, lovely shower, comfy bed, kitchen equipment. The secluded and enclosed garden was perfect for our dog during the evenings while we sat outside and enjoyed a glass of wine in the tranquil surroundings.

Very cute little place with everything we needed. Lovely welcome gifts as well and the surrounding area was gorgeous. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and just wondering around the estate and the town was breathtaking. Would highly recommend and my husband had a fantastic time away there for his birthday. Also the instructions to find it and access it were wonderfully clear and easy to follow. Thank you for letting us stay in this wonderful cottage.
