Fantastic new modern property in a beautiful location, with all you need . We found the house was extremely clean and had all the facilities you require for a lovely stay. The 2 larger bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The smaller bedroom is adequate and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Just a suggestion , a couple of night lights for the hall and landing would be helpful for those nightly bathroom trips. The kitchen is spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you need . The living room is a great space to relax after a lovely day exploring the surrounding areas. We really couldn't complain about anything with the property, it is amazing and in a great location for visiting everything Norfolk has to offer. Outside the garden is massive and I'm sure if we'd took our dog he would have loved it. Private parking to the front of the property is always a bonus . Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be booking again.

Dog friendly new property in a quiet residential area close to superb beaches and many country walks, ideal for dog walkers and ramblers. Also close to Cromer and many other attractions.

Lovely house well equipped tvs available in two bedrooms and downstairs was a bonus and ev charger was easy to use. Great base for surrounding areas Cromer and Wells on Sea and a short walk from the house to Overstrand Beach. Great food at the Cafe there and a lovely meal was had at the Foundry Arms a short walk from the accommodation was lovely and popular make sure to book ! Would definitely return to this accommodation again

A lovely property, well equipped and spacious. Good location giving easy access to lots of good beaches, restaurants and things to do. My party consisted of three generations and we were all pleased with our choice of a place to stay. It would be helpful to provide instructions on how to use hob, dishwasher and washing machine but trial and error got us there in the end. Our only criticism was the state of the mattresses, neither my daughter nor I managed a good nights sleep during our stay due the state of the mattresses, hence only 4 stars for a property that deserves 5.

Fabulous stay at The Hideaway. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Well equiped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Very useful fans in the bedrooms for warm nights. Lovely large enclosed garden for the dog. Great location in a quiet cul de sac with a fabulous dog friendly pub within walking distance. Great for exploring north Norfolk.

The hideaway is a decent newish property with a lot to offer but needing a few tweaks. On arriving at the property and accessing the keys, only one worked properly and we were unable to access the front door. We reported this to Sykes and the Management care team but nobody came back to us! The bottom of the oven was dirty and the property could definitely do with some operating manuals. If these minor adjustments get sorted the property will go from good to a very good property imo! Having said that we had a great week, exploring most of North Norfolk and enjoyed sitting on the patio each evening in the garden chairs that we purchased

The cottage itself is absolutely incredible! Immaculate decor. The only main issue we had was the front door lock kept getting stuck and we couldn't fit the keys in the key box, which was a pain when going out separately and returning at different times. We split the keys and kept a back door key for one and the front door for the other which was an easy fix to this. One thing we couldn't comprehend was the lack of door mats, we were pretty lucky with the weather and only had one day of rain, but my elderly grandparents were terrified of slipping where they had nowhere to wipe their feet when they came in Grandad had just had hip surgery, nothing a towel couldn't fix but definitely for the future I would recommend even just a cheap door mat for safety! Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend for family holidays. The location is perfect for those with pets! Plenty of good walks nearby and a couple of dog friendly beaches.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Perhaps some written instructions regarding the bins and recycling would be helpful, and instructions for the electrical appliances. The foundry arms is a friendly pub, and the walk to Overstrand is pleasant.
