We loved our stay at The Little Barn. The cottage was quiet and secluded, but also not too far from the places that we wanted to visit. The cottage is very well equipped; we normally have to go shopping on the Sunday for things that the cottage is missing (tea towels, a sharp knife etc), but this time the cottage had everything we needed. It's also very comfy with a good wood stove, and the TV and DVD player also worked well.

Excellent location for our birdwatching in Norfolk. Very clean; good facilities; private parking; quiet location in the countryside; warm, comfortable self-cat. Stayed there seven times which says it all.

A pretty, well equipped cottage in a good location plus a generous welcome pack. A slight delay encountered before occupation but owners made us welcome on arrival after good communication beforehand. The dining facility in the kitchen may feel cramped for 4 adults. Also the shower room is on the small side. As there was only two of us a sofa each was bliss in the evenings. We had a lovely week and look forward to booking this cottage again.
