One of two similar properties on site, it sleeps two guests and sits 2.5 miles from Reedham and 12 miles from Norwich. It's a compact, well-equipped retreat for a couple or two friends looking to explore the Norfolk Broads and beyond.

Limpenhoe puts you right on the edge of the magnificent Norfolk Broads. Walk sections of the Norfolk Coast Path, head to the beach at Caister-on-Sea (13 miles) or spend a day in Norwich shopping and sightseeing. Great Yarmouth's Golden Mile is just 14 miles away.

Inside you'll find a bright open-plan studio apartment with a breakfast bar, comfortable seating and a Smart TV.
