The location sits between Downham Market and Kings Lynn, right on the national cycle route.
The estate offers tennis courts and established gardens. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the wildlife reserve using electric golf buggies. The coast is just 25 minutes by car. Kings Lynn's historic 12th-century port is a short drive away.
The cottage sleeps eight across four bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size four-poster bed. Two super-king rooms convert to twins on request.
