The area offers direct access to the Norfolk Coast Path. Sheringham town centre provides independent shops and a mainline train service to Norwich. The surrounding coastline includes Cley-next-the-Sea bird centre and Blakeney Point seal colony.
The ground floor features a lounge with wood burner, dining room seating six and a family bathroom with shower over bath. First floor accommodation includes one king-size bedroom and a bunk room. The second floor houses a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
