We 100 recommend this holiday cottage to anyone and everyone! We started with our four young children and there was plenty of space for us all. It would also work well for two or three couples to stay together as there is a lovely bathroom and dressing room area with each bedroom. The hot tub was a total hit with the kids as well as the big green space to run about the garden with a football. The countryside surrounding is gorgeous and so pleasant to walk through. We also enjoyed a woodland walk a short drive away Tyrell wood. We would definitely come back!

This was our second stay at the property, we feel it has all you would wish for on a holiday, so peaceful and relaxing. The whole place is clean and so well equipped. We visited Bury St Edmunds which is about 35 minutes away, and had Sunday lunch at the Bird in Hand Wrenningham, the holiday let is a great base for trips around Norfolk

This cottage is absolutely lovely, has everything you could need household itemscutlery wise, possibly could do with a clothes horse for those doing washing during longer stays. Kitchen has all amenities dishwasher and microwave and the lounge is spacious. Well decorated and ambient temperature at all times was just right. Big secure garden from our furry and the hot tub was lovely at the end of each day. I only marked comfort down one as for us being somewhat larger people, the double bed was not roomy enough so my partner slept in one of the other four single beds. I think if there was a king sizesuper king it would have been perfect for us & if one of the two sets of singles was a double we would definitely book again for a visit with the family. Great comms from the owners, lovely welcome basket, milk, orange and wine was very welcomed. Overall great stay.

PERFECT What a wonderful time we had, the barn is absolutely amazing, plenty of room and well equiped with everything we needed, the welcome basket was a really nice touch along with the wine, orange juice and milk in the fridge. We arrived an hour early and rang the owners to see if we could get in early and as the barn was ready it wasn't a problem at all. The hotub was a bonus, very peaceful surroundings and very private. A lovely cottage in a lovely location. Sadly the absence of black out blinds and an odd noise repeating every 20 odd seconds throughout the early hours meant no sleep, which in turn meant limited rest, so we came home early a little disappointed. The hot tub was more a luke warm tub and the presence of the cctv camera pointing directly at the back of the property felt invasive and extremely off putting. All together not a property we would revisit.

We had a lovely time at Whitehands Farm Barn! Mary and Colin are lovely people and so helpful and friendly. Colin helped us find the spare gas for the BBQ one evening and was there to help us out. The barn is lovely. Great facilities with ensuites and dressing room area. Also there are decent hairdryers in each room which was perfect as I'd forgotten mine. The listing didn't show that detail although I checked before leaving. I really want to revisit and bring more family as it's a great space to be with friends and family. Highly recommend and we definitely want to return.

Once again we had an amazing stay at Whitehands Farm Barn, the welcome pack was a lovely touch. 3 bedrooms suited our family of 5, plenty of room to not fall over each other. Kitchen is so well equipped, loved the coffee machine each morning. Beautiful walks seeing the deer in the gardens surrounding the barn and the sunsets didnt disappoint, even after a rainy day. Gazebo over the hot tub with the fairy lights was a lovely edition, the hot tub was nice to relax in. Thoroughly recommend the barn, we will return again!

We took a short break after the hustle and bustle of Xmas, what a great decision. The barn was spotlessly clean, well equipped, dishwasher etc, a lovely welcome basket with wine, tea,coffee, milk & biscuits. If you want peace and quiet this is the perfect place, 1010 for us.Thankyou Colin & Mary.

Mary the owner just knocked after we had arrived to tell us she lived in the village and to call if we needed anything, it was nice to know, however everything worked perfectly and we had no complaints whatsoever. Lovely place to stay, hopefully will return again.

This property was first class. Everything about it was 2nd to none. Very Clean and Roomy the design of the property has been carried out to a very high standard. There was plenty of parking and a large garden for our dog Winnie winniethepooch2021 to run around. The Hot Tub made it that extra special place after we had been out for the day. We definitely will look to return here next year.

We had a lovely time at Whitehands Farm Barn. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and the hot tub was fab! Cottage well equipped and clean. We did have a problem with the TV, which we reported to owner and they looked at the next day. Unfortunately it couldnt be fixed so they ordered a new one but this didnt arrive whilst we were there, hopefully it will be in time for the next customers. We were left a lovely welcome pack which was gratefully received! The location was beautiful and perfectly situated for travelling around Norfolk and Suffolk. Would recommend Horsey Windpump, Ross Wildlife Boat Trip, Sandringham Estate, Sutton Hoo, all of the National Trust Houses, and for a lovely meal go to the Gamekeepers in Old Buckenham. Thank you to Colin and Mary for a lovely stay!

The property is exactly as listed, the owners are very helpful and communicative. Offering travel suggestions a week ahead, looking to help with cots and high chairs for our children and popping over upon our arrival. We discovered a wasp nest one morning and within an hour Colin was over with pest control and it was dealt work immediately. I couldn't rate Colin more highly!!

We had a wonderful week staying at Whitehands Farm barn. Loved the layout of the building, lovely garden and hot tub.particularly liked the rural peace and tranquillity.
