The caravan is spacious, comfortable, pleasant and warm. There are just a few issues toilet flushes and taps but this did not impact on our stay. The beds were really comfy. Great caravan. The location is excellent. There is a shop, amusements, cafe, fish and chip shop, bar and club on your doorstep and a 10 minute walk to the beach via a shortcut. We was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend. We loved Hemsby. Great for families.

Lovely caravan perfect position on site

The TV remote in the lounge was faulty. The kitchen tap and the showerhead need attention, water going everywhere. There was no corkscrew or bottle opener. No bath towels provided. Apart from that, it was well equipped, and comfortable.

A more accurate description of how to find tha caravan would be greatly beneficial, to just put caravan 120 on a road where there are numerous caravan sites is bad, took us over a hour to find it by going from site to site.
