It sleeps six guests across three bedrooms and sits directly alongside the river with marina views from multiple levels. The decked balcony and roof terrace both overlook the river and marina. The second floor has a second lounge with French doors opening onto a sunny roof terrace.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Bosun's Cottage. The property is lovely and the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very spacious and the cottage was well equipped. The location is great and there was ample parking for 2 cars. Easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. The only thing was we had asked for the twin bedded room to be made into a double bed (an option that was available on your website) but this was not done.

The cottage is spacious (plenty of room for the five of us) with lovely views over the broads. It is in a super location in the centre of Wroxham with parking for two cars. Plenty of cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The bedrooms were clean with comfy beds. There were games and DVDs and plenty of information about the surrounding areas. The cottage also has a large fridge freezer and washing machine. Perfect for a large family.

The location of Bosuns Cottage is excellent and the sleeping arrangements are good. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The view from the upstairs terrace is lovely, sadly the fence obscures the view on the lower terrace. The bathroom facilities are good. Towels were provided despite being told to bring our own. Very near to shops, restaurants and marina but tucked away at the same time. There appears to be no properly working WiFi - or at least none of us were successful!
