Flat 8 The Granary sits on the third floor of Wells-next-the-Sea's most well-known building the famous Granary, with its gantry stretching out over the quay. The apartment has a king-size bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The lounge has a TV and French doors opening to the Juliet balcony. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. A separate dining room is perfect for candlelit dinners for two.

Holkham Hall is 2.5 miles away. Burnham Market is around 6 miles. Blakeney National Nature Reserve is approximately 10 miles east. Sandringham Estate is roughly 20 miles away (around 35 minutes by car).

This flat has the most outstanding views from all windows, it is spacious yet cosy and very comfortable. There is just about everything provided that you need to make your stay like a home from home.

Home from home comfort with great elevated views across the harbour and salt marsh to the East Hills. Books, DVDs and games aplenty if a day in is required but ideally located for exploring Wells and the stunning North Norfolk coast.

This was our sixth visit and we have just booked for 2026 which says how much we love the flat and its location. We had the best week for good weather but even in the rain itâ??s a lovely place to relax and rest.

A view you want to return to. We loved watching the fishing boats and the movement of the tide on the marsh, even a seal in the harbour. We could spend a week just looking out of the window . The flat was exceptionally clean and we felt at home within a very short time. Good parking and only a minute from the high street but no worries about noise. Lots to see and do in the area including enjoying some excellent cream teas!

What a view. Knew it would be good, but even better than expected. That said we did go out, and found Wells even better than the last time we were there. Lots to do and see. Good cafes and places to eat. All in all a great week.

Loved the view! The flat is beautifully decorated and has all the equipment needed for a week's stay. It is also very quiet - I was beginning to wonder if anyone else actually lived in the block. I have a small car so no problem in getting in and out of the garage. Near to the seafood stall on the front so, all in all, a lovely place to stay.

We are regular visitors to Wells and have always wanted to stay in this iconic building. Flat 8 did not disappoint and we had a wonderful time is this modern well equipped and supplied flat. There is plenty of parking, however, our Tesla was marginally too large to fit in the garage (as mentioned in the booking details). The flat now has good wi-fi, fitted in 2024. Highly recommended.

Very comfy clean and welcoming apartment perfect position lovely views from lounge. Plenty of reading material, games etc. would recommend to be anyone wanting a relaxed and peaceful holiday. And leave with their batteries well charged.
