The cottage has been modernised but keeps its historic character. A garden annexe sits separate from the main house offering privacy for two guests.

The village sits on the North Norfolk coast. Old Hunstanton Beach is 2 miles away. You can walk to the beach directly from the cottage cutting through beside neighbouring properties and coming out near Sea Henge. From there you can continue to Old Hunstanton or Thornham via the Norfolk Wildlife Trust café. Titchwell Marsh RSPB reserve is just 3 miles away.
