Perfect holiday retreat for a couple. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great location for Norwich and also for trips to the north Norfolk coast. We can recommend The Recruiting Sergeant and The Rising Sun for good food, both within walking distance from The Annexe.

Very clean, well equipped and in a quiet location. We arrived very late due to traffic jams and were greeted by the owner, who even helped us to unload the car which was really appreciated. She checked up the following day to see that we had settled in and that everything was in order. When I said that some table spoons and extra cutlery were needed these were supplied in a few minutes. The annex is well located for all the things we wanted to see and do and is close to Norwich. Overall this is one of the best places we have stayed at, and would be happy to stay at again.

A great stay in Norfolk. Attached to the owners property but still private, the accommodation is well equipped and very clean. Easy to walk to local coffee shops, pubs and the river etc.

Sarah was a gracious host, very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay in the Annexe it was a very good location to visit attractions, Norwich and the coast. Good, wellstocked Londis just down the road and lovely common area by the river. Would happily come back.

The Annexe was perfect and more than met our expectations. Sarah was most welcoming and very helpful. The accommodation is excellent very clean, modern and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. For walkers I can recommend the walk along the Bure Valley railway line into Wroxham about 1 hour. Plenty to do in the area and the coast is only a few miles away.

We were made very welcome on arrival. The Annexe is very clean with everything you need. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa. The location is very close to many of the attractions such as the Norfolk Broads boat trips etc, and isn't far from the coast either. Thanks for biscuits and milk. We will be back.

Sparklingly clean annex, with friendly and helpful owner. Clear instructions about everything within. Warm necessary at this time of year. Comfortable bed. 3 seater sofa comfy, though armchair would have been nice since one of us has bad back and needs to stretch out on sofa might just be us though. Home from home. Our second stay at The Annexe and it really is exceptionally quality. Clean, comfortable, and with everything needed. The heating controls have been updated so it's now possible to adjust the radiator temperatures yourself, which is appreciated. We'll be returning again.

Lovely clean Annex , spacious lounge dining area with Sky tv, Kitchen has everything you would need, Large comfortable bedroom with excellent modern EnSuite bathroom. Outside is a small patio area which is a bit of a sun trap The hosts are very pleasant and helpful regarding the surrounding areas, places to eat Etc.

Had a lovely stay at the annex at number 4. The property is spotless and comfortable has everything you need for a short stay. Warm and cosy. Only thing we didn't like was the shower but the bath was lovely. Would definitely recommend to others wishing to visit Norfolk and Norwich.

My wife has extreme mobility issues, and suffers with feeling the cold. Sarah, did explain that she controlled the heating and just advise her if we needed her to turn it up. However, we have always been able to control the heating at all Sykes properties in the past and feel that Sarah should not have to be bothered whenever we felt cold. Sarah was a very nice person and did help with an electric blanket for my wife. Unfortunately, my wife felt unwell whilst we were there and we had to return home early.

Loved the property. It was very peaceful and surprisingly spacious inside. The bed was extremely comfortable and the duvet was great such a nice change to the smothering, heavy duvets you tend to find in hotel rooms and other holiday properties! Would definitely book this property again if we return to Norfolk.

Home from home! A beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and delightfully presented accommodation. Possibly the best holiday cottage we have stayed in. It has gone to the top of our list for a revisit!

Best place we've to do far. Lovely cottage, nice location and very convenient for travelling to nearby resorts.

The Annexe is set in a quiet location. It is well laid out, clean, comfortable and everything you could possibly need is provided. The tea, coffee, milk and chocolate biscuits were a welcome treat. Sarah was friendly, welcoming and readily available to provide information or recommendations if needed. We would happily revisit at a future date.

We had a fabulous holiday. Sarah was friendly and helpful and the annexe is a credit to her. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could need. The bath was a bonus as we only have a shower at home. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family

An excellent self contained annexe flat in a lovely village. Very helpful owner who has made a comfortable, well equipped, spacious holiday home in a lovely quiet spot. The interior decor in a black, white and grey theme is clean and modern with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Definitely a place wed recommend and one we will return to.
