When the tide is in, the upper level which has a really comfy seating area is spectacular and gives the effect of being on a cruise ship. We would definitely return. This was our second stay at Heacham House. We weren't so lucky with the weather this year though, thanks Storm Floris! Still, the sea views are amazing and there was plenty of space for the six of us to spread out whilst we were house bound.

We paid five star price but felt it was not good value for money! Maybe need to review pricing or spend some money upgrading the property. We had a wonderful stay in late July. The location is amazing. It feels like you have your own private beach. The house was fabulous and very well equipped. Hunstanton is walking distance and offers everything you need for a super seaside holiday. We enjoyed our time at the house so much we have already booked for 2025. One thing to note- cash is king in Hunstanton so make sure you take plenty! We had problems with contactless payments and a lot of places only accepted cash.

Having not stayed at The Heacham House for 5 years (was pre-covid) we really noticed the improvements to the property. The drive-way, the deck furniture (brilliant!), the additional under-stairs storage and by far the best thing when travelling with two older teenage boys â?¦ the super-fast fibre based internet access (a must!) - no complaints there at all. The property is still perfect for our needs in terms of lay-out/number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the dog loved the freedom/access to the beach. Super-well equipped all around â?¦ but itâ??s not quite as new and perfect as it was 5 years ago, but this was a beach holiday and we didnâ??t need new/perfect given the constant access onto the beach and into the sea. Stunning sun-sets and friendly seals popping by constantly.
