4 Victoria Court Reviews

Elaine
Fantastic accommodation with parking available. The apartment is well maintained and very convenient for touring Norfolk. Really good facilities, very comfortable seating both in the dining area and lounge. Comfortable bed. Super view of the sea. Easy walk into town.
This accommodation is fantastic. The views are wonderful and we love the location, being far enough out of Sheringham to be quiet, but near enough to be able to walk in for activities etc.. The location across the road from the beach access and right on the coastal path is awesome. The beds are really comfy and it was quiet enough for us to be able to have windows open with a lovely sea breeze! We would like to return one day and have no hesitation in recommending this lovely accommodation
Maureen
We loved this place. So spacious and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Lovely.

We stayed at 4 Victoria Court following a week in the Peak District, very different properties, and to be honest we were a bit disappointed when we first arrived. First think to note Google maps sends you to the wrong location, not too far away, but a small annoyance. We appreciate prices are regional but for 300 we went from 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. But I must say the apartment grew on us. The building has a main entrance on the ground flour, entrance to flat 4 on the first floor which has the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms and the 'lounge' on the second floor. The first floor feels a little 'tired', the wood work is somewhat yellowed and chipped in places, the kitchen is small but functional although the pans rock alarmingly on the hob there is a 3rd bedroomstudy room which was locked, access to which would have been very useful to store shoesbags etc. The second floor is a genuinely lovely open space just one big room with exposed beams and views of the sea. The views of the sunset were spoiled somewhat by the grubby windows, but mid holiday a window cleaner did turn up. The apartment has 3 tvs v small bedroom, medium kitchen and largeish lounge the small one in the bedroom needed retuning. The apartment is very well located for a short steep walk to the beach, although the roads in Sheringham are very narrow, and at times, very busy. The apartment is listed as dog friendly but not being ground level based I'm pleased we didn't bring our dog along. Despite all that, after a day or so, we relaxed and it was really nice just sitting there, just soaking up the ambience, or walking along the promenade, watching the Sheringham carnival and listening to a band sing sea shanties. So, would we stay here again? Probably no, but says more about Sheringham than the apartment
Ideally situated for the beach, the town and the coast path. A very comfortable apartment with an unusual layout as the large lounge is upstairs but with a great view of the sea. The only downside is that the bedroom is rather small, nevertheless we had an excellent week in Victoria Court. For a special meal out we highly recommend No 10 restaurant in Church Street.

Struggled with size of double bed. Pan scrubber would have been nice as part of kitchen equipment Would have been nice to have pillow protectors even though the pillows were very clean. Great car park and excellent views. Nice propert and location.
Views over the sea and own parking. Easy walk into town but hilly on the way backboth of us in late 70,s younger may find it easy. Accomadation was everything we could have wished for.
Cathryn
Great accommodation, very clean and spacious. Beautiful location with beautiful views.
Overall, the stay was lovely, but expensive for what we got. The issue with the washing machine was resolved quickly, and relatively easily. If I can explain what we got, and why I said it was expensive over Christmas we hired a cottage in a touristy area, that slept 8 in comfort with the possibility of using a foldout bed to make 10, with on site EV charging included in the rental, allowed dogs, had room for multiple cars, lovely views etc for 1,000 through Sykes. This slept 4, but was over 800. Would I stay there again yes, because it was good could it have been better, yes, but it wasn't bad for the money and I hope the owner has all the success with it, he was very kind when dealing with the washing machine problems, and those were fixed when it broke down professionally and courteously.
We loved this accommodation and location In Sheringham. We have visited Sheringham before and love the place . This was last minute impromptu break and we could not believe our luck this location was available just before new year. We loved accommodation, seaview, dog friendly, private parking, spacious place, short walk to the centre too, original nespresso machine , just bring your own capsules. Dishwasher , washing machine. Christmas decorations, we loved it and we will be back!
Excellent accommodation and location

Returned on 19. 09.25 from our 4th and last stay at this property WHY, because for the past 4 years we have had a familyfriends meet up here, but for whatever reason the new owner has cut the place from sleeping 6 to sleeping 4 Which makes an already quite expensive property into a VERY expensive one. 900 for 6 people 150.00 p.p. but for 4 people 225.00 p.p. plus 2 of our party had to stay on a b & b making the holiday even more expensive. Also our complimentary comments in the Guest Book have been removed, no record of our 3 previous visits VERY ODD. So it looks like was will have to look elsewhere for 3 bedroom accommodation in the town whether with Sykes I don't know.
Excellent accommodation with a beautiful sea view.
Rachel
We loved our stay in this apartment. The view is stunning and the property was clean and larger than we thought. Comfortable beds with blinds and curtains in both bedrooms. Lovely space upstairs that the kids loved and had incredible views in the evening. Would definitely stay again Washing machine was temperamental but this was the only issue we had
Only inadequacy in kitchen. We are oldfashioned and like a basin in the sink and a cloth or surface wipes. Good views and very comfortable. Smart TV and DVDs and games player really add to the holiday.
Lovely property

Great apartment, home from home, very comfortable. Cosy and warm despite the temperature outside. Good to have a designated parking space, and only a 10 minute walk into town.
An absolutely fantastic place for a holiday, really well equipped plus those fantastic views over the sea. This was our 3rd consecutive stay in no 4. Looking forward to booking our 4th for 2025.
Fantastic property with magnificent views. Well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely like to stay here again.
The property is great and in a good location, for us the only thing was the beds are much lower than are own and took some time to readjust, but still comfortable. We would come here again. Sheringham and the area is lovely.
A lovely spacious apartment with lovely sea views and good off road parking. Right on the cliff path for walks along the coast. We had stayed in this apartment before and were surprised to see it advertised as having 2 bedrooms because I clearly remembered a room with bunk beds that was not mentioned. That room was made up for visitors, complete with towels so dont understand why there was no mention in the details. There were only 2 in our party but larger groups might discard this lovely holiday home. I would certainly visit again.
Great place. Could not be better. Thank you.
Love this apartment and can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer.
Fantastic cottage, better than we could have hoped.
