We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Cottage and would certainly recommend to others - in a perfect central location for exploring throughout North Norfolk. Very comfortable & cosy and while the property is pretty small, it was ample for us with two dogs! There were a few kitchen items lacking which would've been useful, such as sugar, pepper, oil & bin bags. We did however have a lovely selection of local items on arrival including apple juice, tea bags and cookies, and towels were included (contrary to listing).

Its perfect for a couple & two dogs, the kitchen was clean to a very high standard, and allows you to self cater, we loved the welcome basket ( local tea, cookies, apple juice and breakfast cereal ) the local stores has wonderful supplies and coffee and the Red Lion is fantastic - great food and hospitality We will be back

Had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Cottage. Yes there are places you can/will bang your head but we knew the layout and it was perfect for what we wanted. Compact, neat and tidy, only 5 mins walk from the lovely pub and 10 mins down to the salt marshes. Close to Wells and Blakeney. Great local stores/coffee shop - good for a morning pastry. The space is small but well kept and kitted out. Would definitely stay again.

Local pub Red Lion not worth the recommendations ( we have left a trip advisor post accordingly) food mediocre, service appalling.

Courtyard Cottage is a lovely place for a holiday for one or two fairly agile people. The setting is just beautiful, and close to a good pub and a shop selling lots of superb food. It is a good place to take one or two small pets as the courtyard is fully enclosed. There are a number of steps inside the cottage which could be difficult for some people to manage. It is tastefully furnished. The workspace with monitor and keyboard is a nice touch, and the welcome pack was very welcome! We hope to return soon.

Charming little cottage , smaller than we'd anticipated as we came with 2 dogs , but with good use of space . The mezzanine bedroom was lovely,and the enclosed courtyard safe and secure. Also only a 5 minute walk to the the marshland/beach therefore not really a problem being in a slightly smaller property. Very cosy

Comfortable and attractive cottage which has a small living room which is not very light â?¦ but the sheltered courtyard garden makes it ideal in the spring and summer months. The coastal path is literally 6minutes walk away down the quiet road the cottage is located on.

The cottage is less than 5 mins to the coastal path and 5 steps away from the bus stop where you can catch the Coastal Hopper bus However the cottage is in need of some TLC. An awkward layout which would not be suitable for an older person or someone with mobility issues, or someone who is taller than average

Excellent location - lovely little cosy warm cottage - secure courtyard for dog and hose pipe to wash dogâ??s muddy feet and our wellies was a very welcome touch. Great dog walks directly from the cottage door. Super little food and coffee shop just a short stroll from the cottage which was open every day and a lovely pub for breakfasts/lunches and evening meals also within a short walking distance. Ideal location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline and on the Coast-hopper bus route. Perfect for two adults and a small dog.
